Scope of this draft

This is a working privacy notice for the Speiros website and product. It describes the intended operating principles, but must be completed with the controller identity, retention periods, processor list and applicable legal bases before commercial use.

Information involved

Speiros may process account details, product configuration, recruiting context and usage information needed to provide the service. The exact fields depend on the features a customer chooses to use.

How information is used

• to operate and secure the product;
• to provide customer support and respond to requests;
• to understand product performance and improve the service;
• to meet legal obligations where they apply.

Optional measurement and advertising

Your cookie choices apply to speiros.com and app.speiros.com. Before you choose, and when you refuse, we do not load Google measurement tags or initialize browser product analytics. Essential authentication and security remain available.

Analytics consent allows Google Analytics (Google) to measure website visits, acquisition and signup activity, and PostHog to measure visits and product use, link the public website to registration, and record masked sessions on the public website and signup screen. Recordings exclude private application and onboarding pages; form values, text and attributes are masked, and console logs and network payloads are not collected. Advertising consent allows Google Ads (Google) to measure campaign outcomes and personalize advertising. Advertising click identifiers are retained only when both relevant choices allow the acquisition measurement. Google and PostHog may process data outside the EU; see Google’s privacy information and PostHog’s privacy information.

We remember acceptance and refusal for six months in the necessary speiros_measurement_consent cookie. Consented acquisition attribution and PostHog browser identifiers are retained for up to 30 days, while application session storage ends with the browser session. You can change or withdraw either choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops further optional capture and removes browser identifiers we control; it does not undo data already sent.
